From Reading Table

This is a 5 paisa coin of Pakistan which was used before 1971.

It is interesting that three languages are used here; English, Bangla and Urdu. Because Bangla and Urdu were the language of majority in East Pakistan and West Pakistan respectively. Both were state language of Pakistan at that time. This was a result of a bloody language movement in then East Pakistan which led to separation of Pakistan eventually in 1971.
