It is relatively a new web site. Its address suggests that it is aiming to help students. May be it is true. But some of its sections are obviously useful for others also.
As it is a new site many sections are still under construction.
So whatever its future is, now it is not as useful as it should be. But its design and planning indicate authority is very serious to make it as one of the most popular site in Bangladesh
If I am not wrong ‘Dhaka Prakash’ was the first newspaper of this part of the world. It has contributed a lot in our society. ‘Dhaka Prakash’ stopped publishing. But that does note mean newspapers of Dhaka stopped publishing.
We have got many newspapers then. Today’s newspapers are much more improved than ‘Dhaka Prakash’
I think web site is also like newspaper. There are some popular web sites for student information like admission, scholarship information.
Some people search job in the internet. There are some popular job web sites also.
But this new site is trying to give all the necessary information. There is very strong possibility that this site will supersede other old sites. If it happens, the ultimate beneficiary will be the people. Because they will get a much improved site than older sites.
